We have just been to the beautiful, unspoilt island of Kauai in Hawaii, with the Power Monkey family, for the Ultimate Hawaiian Trail Run. The run was the focus of a week-long fundraiser organised by Aaron Hoff and the Keala Foundation, to protect young people from slipping into substance abuse.
