We run fitness retreats and active holidays to help you adopt better habits for complete wellbeing. Our aim is to help you live a richer, more impactful life, through reconnecting with your body, with like-minded people, and with nature.
MEET THE founder
After university and well before founding More Life Adventures, I spent a decade in commercial architecture in London. I rarely took meaningful breaks, had frequent bouts of burnout, and often felt like I was gasping for air.
Looking for answers, I turned to journaling and learning to explore a healthier, more purposeful life.

With guidance from expert coaches, I found answers by reconnecting with my body and nature. So after 10 years in architecture, I made a bold move and retrained as a personal trainer, with a mission to help others rediscover their confidence, purpose, and joy—just as I had.
In 2018 losing my father drove home the need to use our time wisely and fruitfully. With this realisation and the encouragement of a personal training client, I decided it was time to create something bigger.
That’s how More Life Adventures was born. Combining training, adventure, and nature, we help busy people establish a cycle of healthy recovery from the rhythms of daily life. We do this through challenges, shared living and time in nature. Whether it’s hiking a mountain, trying a new sport or sharing a meal under the stars, these experiences allow us to grow and live more fully and deeply.
