You can’t take time out of training, but need a break from the city environment to get in the sun. You are looking for a gym in a serene location with clean food and excellent opportunities for active recovery.

Each retreat offers a mix of strength, conditioning,  yoga, fresh local food and relaxation under the sun and stars. We will combine our CrossFit, yoga and swimming backgrounds for a week of varied fitness and skills.
