You make hundreds of decisions daily and when it comes to taking a break that gives you headspace and perspective, it needs to be decision-free. 

Community

Modern life can be isolating, even when you’re surrounded by a lot of people. On retreat, sharing a villa or farm estate makes interaction more natural.

Time in nature plays a key role in supporting a rested nervous system, and we choose our retreat locations to give you as much of it as possible.

Chamonix

Come away with us to challenge yourself and reset at one of the highest spots in Europe, and the birthplace of modern mountaineering. From guided hikes to restorative yoga and cold water dips, our wellness retreat in Chamonix combines nature, movement, and recovery in a way that very few other places can.
