we see you

You give a lot at work, you make time to stay fit and healthy, you invest in your relationships and you stay informed. Yet there is no time to plan the break you need. Finding the right experience takes time, so you postpone it until you feel depleted.

We’ve been there and we know this pattern well. So we built retreats that make taking care of yourself easier.

 INVEST IN HIGH QUALITY DOWNTIME

At More Life Adventures, we design small-group fitness retreats for people who love life, give a lot, and want to get back to feeling their best.

We know first-hand that to sustain high energy levels we need physical health, real connections and a rested nervous system.

That’s the environment we bring you into:

  • Tailored strength, fitness and mobility coaching to help you feel more capable and confident.

  • Time in nature, moving, reflecting, exploring and making genuine friendships.

  • Long-term nutrition and recovery habits that will support you long after you return home.

We take care of all planning and hosting, so all you need is to arrive and take part. You’ll leave stronger, livelier and ready to keep building the life you love.

WHAT TO EXPECT

CAREFUL HOSTING

Careful hosting is what holds the whole week together. Our hosts pay close attention to the rhythm of the group, the pace of the days, and how people are settling in. We create the conditions for you to feel comfortable quickly, knowing when to bring the group together, when to leave space, and when to let things unfold.

This means the retreat feels easy to be part of. You’re supported, included without pressure, and free to show up as yourself.

Headspace & rest

You make hundreds of decisions daily and when it comes to taking a break that gives you headspace and perspective, it needs to be decision-free. We design our retreats to require no planning or decision-making on your part, other than the choice to show up. From the moment you walk through our villa entrance, everything has been considered and taken care of.

Resting is built into the structure of the week, not left to chance. Training, movement, meals, and downtime are paced to support sleep quality and a settled nervous system, rather than pushing constantly.

There’s space to slow down between sessions, time to rest without guilt, and evenings that allow you to wind down properly. This balance helps the benefits of training and time away actually land, so you return home feeling restored rather than needing another break.

SHARED LIVING

Modern life can be isolating, even when you’re surrounded by a lot of people. On retreat, sharing a villa or farm estate makes interaction more natural. There’s time to relax, be yourself, and enjoy other people’s company without any need to perform.

You’ll live in a small community setting with both private and shared spaces so you can create your own blend of private time and social time.

Connections grow through everyday moments: shared meals, training sessions, walks, and unhurried conversations. By the end of the week, you’ll be surprised by the speed, depth and ease of your new friendships.

STRENGTH & FITNESS

Perhaps you’re already training regularly, looking to get back into it, or start a new routine.

We work with coaches who are technically strong, deeply experienced, and here to lead by example. They will assess where you are, guide you forward, and help you push your boundaries knowing you’re in safe hands.

Throughout the week we build up the intensity and balance activity with recovery to avoid overtraining.

Many guests are surprised by what they’re able to achieve in a week. You’ll return home stronger, with a clearer sense of what’s possible and practical training habits you can continue once you’re back.

nutrition

We work with performance nutritionist Sinead Roberts on all our retreats to make sure you’re well-fuelled for a week of activity.

Our meals are designed to make the best use of seasonal local ingredients to support training, recovery, and sustained energy levels. You can expect local recipes adapted to our needs and a balance of eating at hand-picked restaurants and private-chef-prepared meals at home.

Without overcomplicating food or removing enjoyment, we time meals to match the rhythm of the week.

Many of our guests leave with a clearer understanding of how to fuel themselves around activity in a way that’s sustainable once they’re back home.

time in nature

Time in nature plays a key role in supporting a rested nervous system, and we choose our retreat locations to give you as much of it as possible. Across all our destinations, we find ourselves around water and mountains. We move, eat, and relax in the open air.

Stepping into nature creates physical and mental space, helping you shift your perspective and ease your mental load. Expect expansive views, clear waters, and time spent far away from built environments.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Start by choosing the place and timing that suits your life at the moment. If you’re unsure which retreat is the right fit, you can drop us an email at hello@morelifeadventures.com or WhatsApp us on  +44 7944 949 370. We’ll talk it through with you.

Retreats are better shared. If you have a friend or family member you’d love to come with, sharing a room is a wonderful, more affordable way to experience it together, and a great way to strengthen your connection.

  • You can reserve your place in two ways:

    • by booking with a deposit and paying off the balance in monthly instalments

    • by paying the full price upfront

Once you’re booked, your place is confirmed and your week starts to take shape.

  • After booking, we invite you to complete a short intake form and meet Stella on a call. This helps us understand where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and how to support you properly on retreat.

We also begin connecting the group in a low-pressure way, so by the time you arrive, everyone feels familiar.

  • We help you with all the practical details, from booking your flights to packing the right kit. We leave nothing to guesswork.

You can ask us anything; no question is too small and you’re never left to figure things out alone.

  • When you arrive, the structure is already in place. Activities, meals, time in nature, and space to rest are woven into the week. Everything is optional, so you can opt in or out of activities as you wish.

There’s nothing to organise and no decisions to make other than to decide your pace.

  • You’ll receive a loyalty code that gives you a lifetime discount on future retreats with us, so you can return to the same destination or try a new one. The more experiences you book, the higher the discount code.

Many guests leave with people they’re keen to stay in touch with, and retreat guests often organise further meet-ups once they’re home.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You live a full life and value quality downtime.

  • You’re curious about the world, open to meeting people, and enjoy trying new things.

  • You see health as an ongoing practice, not a one-off week away.

  • You trust us to provide a clear structure, but you understand that travel involves a degree of unpredictability.
