TRAINING CAMP
An escape from the pressures of daily life to focus on your training in a supportive environment, Training Camp combines expert all-levels coaching in CrossFit with quality downtime on the Jurassic Coast in the south coast of England. In 2025 we are partnering again with Kelly Friel to offer the ultimate four-day training experience. Expect to train hard, meet your new training partners and recover wisely.

Start here! Join us for a week to remember at our Summer House on the east side of Crete to connect, train and explore with your new circle of friends. With the beach, the mountain, the gym and all the restaurants at your doorstep, you’re guaranteed the week of your life.

Whether you’re an explorer, adventurer, or fitness enthusiast, come away with us to the ‘Pearl of the Atlantic’ to be inspired, recharged and reenergised. Madeira is known for its dramatic landscapes, incredible food and year-round mild climate.

Put away your phone, leave the city behind and join us on the dramatic cliffs of Snowdonia National Park in Wales. Starting at the doorstep of two incredible lakes, we will hike up Mount Snowdon and recover with hearty meals and games late into the night.

Join us for our Training Camp on the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with dramatic sandstone cliffs, and 180-degree sea views. We’ll train, get active on land and water, and make the most of our CrossFit gym and seaside villa.
