The vibe is good and health-conscious! We love to train but we won’t force you to do anything you aren’t comfortable with. We are here to grow, feel healthier and have a great time.

We welcome everyone over 21 years old and we have no upper age limit. Most guests are in their late 30s and early 40s.
To date we’ve had guests in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. Everyone is welcome and gels nicely.

Absolutely. This is the perfect opportunity for you to meet and connect with new people.
The majority of our guests come solo, and our rertreats are the best way to meet new likeminded people.
If you’re joining us solo, please book a room to yourself. We don’t pair up guests in shared rooms, unless they choose to share with a friend or partner.

Our retreats attract those with busy minds and lifestyles, who love to stay active, travel and make new friends. Our guests love a light-hearted chat as well as a deep conversation, and they come prepared for a healthy reset.
A common trait we see and appreciate is that guests come prepared to get out of their comfort zone and adventure together.

Our retreats are designed to be accessible to anyone who loves being active, in any discipline. You may have a gym membership or love hiking, running, or Pilates. You may have trained in the past or be currently training.
Please note, every retreat has a hiking component, which varies from moderate to advanced, and you should feel comfortable going on a 3-hour hike at a moderate pace to join.

If your doctor or medical specialist gives the green light, you're welcome to join the retreat. It's crucial that you inform us well in advance of any medical or general health concerns that could impact your time with us. This way, we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure your stay is as comfortable and accommodating as possible.

Most retreats offered are 7 nights, although we also offer weekends and shorter camps.
Retreats run on selected dates throughout the year.

We have a minimum number of 7 guests and to ensure personalised attention from your hosts, we cap our groups at a maximum of 14 guests, guaranteeing an intimate small-group experience.

Our holidays attract a diverse range of people who share a common passion for adventure, exploration, and the great outdoors.
These include outdoor and adventure enthusiasts, solo travellers, couples and friends, fitness fans, and nature lovers.
We see people from all ages from 25 to 65, of all fitness levels, and people want to meet other people.

All retreats are typically run in English, although we often work with guest coaches and hosts who have multicultural backgrounds and can speak other languages. Stella, our CEO, is Greek!

We set up a WhatsApp group for every trip we run.
On your return, you can also join our main WhatsApp Group to connect with other past guests and be the first to know about upcoming dates.

Booking and prices

Yes we do! You can choose to split the cost of your holiday into monthly payments at checkout. The total cost of the holiday will be split between the number of months between booking and departure, so the sooner you book in, the smaller the monthly payments are.

The price will include beautiful accommodation and specified meals and activities. Please take a look at the ‘included’ and ‘excluded’ sections as each experience may be different.
The prices excludes travel to the venue on arrival and from the venue on departure, however we will recommend train journeys and flights for you.

Unfortunately the house rules are such that we typically can’t accommodate pets.

Training

Retreats give you time for training as well as time to connect, slow down and reflect.
Training camps have a greater emphasis on training, and less free time.

We work on all-round fitness and skills that will carry over into the rest of your life. If any of the below sounds like you, we think you’ll love the experience:

All of our hosts and guest coaches are qualified trainers who will look after you throughout your stay. Our trainers are deeply knowledgeable in fitness and overall body health, and will tailor your training program to your goals, fitness level, and personal preferences.
Throughout your retreat, our hosts and coaches provide continuous support, answering queries, offering tips, and keeping you motivated.

Yes, on our Crete holidays, you'll have access to a well-equipped outdoor gym where you can train in the sunshine and fresh air. At other destinations, we partner with local gyms to provide flexibility for your regular workout routine. Additionally, we offer expert-led small group workouts for a communal and supportive fitness experience.
ACTIVITIES

Feel free to join in on as many or as few activities as you like. Options range from guided hikes, yoga and recovery, to tailored exercise sessions aimed at boosting cardio fitness and strength. Our guest hosts will sometimes cover specific topics like nutrition and motivation. Additional activities vary depending on the location.
At our Crete Summerhouse, you'll have access to the private gym, nearby beach, and SUP equipment whenever you like.

Our retreats include a variety of water activities to refresh and excite you. You can swim in pristine waters, take a dip in natural lava rock pools, or try paddleboarding and diving in the ocean.

Absolutely! Our retreat locations feature numerous scenic nature trails perfect for hiking, running, or leisurely walks. These trails allow you to stay active at your own pace while enjoying stunning landscapes. We also offer guided hiking options for those who prefer a structured experience.

We encourage everyone to fully participate, as we will always adjust exercises and activities based on individual agility, ability, and experience. Nevertheless, remember, this is your time, so feel free to join us for as many or as few activities as you like.

We cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Just let us know on your booking form.

We typically have a drink at dinner. We ask guests to cover their drinks individually. We ask you not to bring alcohol to our accommodation.
Travel

Fear not! We will send you suggested flights / train options upon receiving your booking. If you have booked a residential experience we will pick you up at the meeting point on arrival day and drop you off on departure day.

We leave flight arrangements to each guest to book individually, however we recommend flight times so you can benefit from the group transfer.
Accommodation

If you are coming with a friend or partner, you can choose the double or twin room to share with them.
We will not put you in a shared room unless you have chosen to share with a friend or partner.
If you are booking a room to yourself, please make sure you select the single occupancy option.

We hope you won’t have to, but our accommodation and locations always have free WiFi, so you’ll be able to do so whenever needed.
