After an exceptional 15 months of four-hour Lift & Lunch seminars, we have upgraded and extended the event, to give you an even better experience. 

Join us to improve your olympic weightlifting technique, learn from champions and connect with like-minded people. 

Whether you are a seasoned weightlifter or just starting out, we think you'll find it hugely beneficial and a lot of fun.

Technique drills and complexes, perfecting your snatch and clean and jerk and going for some heavy lifts are all on the agenda. Whatever your level, our Lift and Lunch coaches are here to help you move towards your goals in a friendly community setting.

What to expect

This seminar packs in as much learning, delicious food, and intensive training as possible within a five-hour format. It's been created for both experienced weightlifters who want to perfect their form, as well as those fresh to the sport wanting to build up their foundations. Come if you want to lift better while also being welcomed into MLA’s supportive community.

Your ticket includes:

A 90-minute small group Snatch session

  • Lunch provided by Omni Wellness

  • A 90-minute small group Clean & Jerk session

  • Weightlifting demo by Chris

  • Extended Q&A for you to get all your training, recovery and competition questions answered.

  • Personalised notes sent to you at the end of the event, so you can recall and put in place what you learnt on the day.
