What to expect

What would you do with five days on a sunny Spanish island? We plan to spend it taking in the infamously beautiful coastline, escaping from the daily grind to reset our health and fitness. Away from daily stresses, you can focus your energy on training hard in functional workout sessions, perfecting your snatches and squats in a first-class gym. We’ll also hike and paddle-board against a backdrop of blue sea and rolling mountains before tucking in to fresh meals together.

AccomModation

We will spend six days and five nights at the beautiful Finca Can Torna, a true oasis in the heart of Mallorca.

The Finca is a hillside stone farmhouse surrounded by foliage in beautiful Tramontana Serra. This relaxed rural finca is a stones throw from local hikes with stunning views and less than 20 minutes from central Palma. Buffet breakfast is served in the country style dining room or on the terrace, where they showcase their local produce from the farm.

Can Torna has a mix of 4 x Special rooms, 3 x Superior rooms and 3 x Standard rooms.

Training

Our workouts will be in partnership with CrossFit Mallorca, where the coaches will take us through three sessions.

You don’t have to be a pro to get involved, but you can expect to be lifting your way to a stronger body; getting sweaty while building better endurance; working towards a stronger mindset as you push through mental blocks and time to perfect the moves.

Exploring

We all know that being around nature – the sun on our skin, eyes on a green and blue landscape – is good for us. That’s why you’ll spend your time at MLA bathing in the elements. We'll take full advantage of the local hikes and viewpoints and also take to the sea on paddle boards. You’ll return home feeling fresher than the Mallorcan sea air and ready to take your accomplishments into your day-to-day gym.

Meals

We believe in the magic of sharing mealtimes around the same table. 

Breakfast will be provided by the Finca around a long family style table. For lunch we will explore our chosen restaurants around the island  where the itinerary takes us every day. For our dinners we are partnering with our exceptional local chef Maira who prepares delicious local food. All dietary requirements can be accommodated.

  • Flo was born in Paris and raised in Hong Kong (although she has a transatlantic accent!) She started her career in advertising and marketing working on everything from airlines, to banks, to chocolate, to even cream cheese! She has always been passionate about fitness and has always forge a career doing communications with her passion, so here she is as our Business Development and Communications Manager at More Life Adventures.

    Flo is a keen CrossFitter, having recently competed at the CrossFit Games Semifinals in Asia. She's also an Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning coach so she can help more people become healthier and stronger.

Tyla Sullivan

  • Tyla is South African born and bred. She has been living in London since 2019 and has grown a huge passion for travel with visiting over 11 countries in that time.

    Tyla initially studied French Culinary Arts but moved into CrossFit and weightlifting coaching shortly after, which she has been involved in for over 7 years. In her weightlifting career so far, she has competed internationally for South Africa and has been a coach for 7 years.

    Tyla has been running her photography and content business for three years which she is truly passionate about. Her two passions being travel and photography make her perfect for More Life Adventures as she brings them both together to help us create the best content.

Accommodation
Six days and five nights at the beautiful Finca Can Torna; with exclusive use of the villa, outdoor pool and grounds.

Meals

Not included in the price

Return travel to Palma
Your return journey to and from Palma Airport is not included, however we will send you detailed instructions on what flights to book.

Airport transfers
We will be organising one large transfer from the airport but we will ask you to cover the cost.

Alcohol with meals
There will be plenty of drink opportunities in the afternoons and evenings. We do ask that you cover your alcoholic drinks separately.

  • If you would love an active holiday in the sun, exploring new places with like-minded people, this is for you.

    Guests on our trips range in age from early 20s to late 60s. They typically love to train, explore, and hang out in a light-hearted group environment.

    If you’re in doubt, drop us a line and let’s chat.

  • All levels of fitness are welcome.

    Prior experience in functional fitness training or CrossFit is relevant but not at all required.

    If you have taken some time out of training, you’ll have a chance to move outdoors and an opportunity to get back into gym training if you like.

  • All activities are optional and you are very welcome to opt in or out as you like. Our accommodation is an ideal place to spend some time relaxing, napping or reading a book.

  • Everyone over the age of 21 is welcome on our trips. To date have had guests in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s and everyone gels well.

  • Absolutely. We plan these trips specifically for our guests to feel welcome and included from start to finish. Get ready to make new friends!

  • Unless you book a shared room with a friend or partner we will not ask you to share a room.

    When booking a room to yourself please select the single occupancy option.

  • We will advise you on which flights to book so that we all arrive at a similar time. We will pick you up from the airport on arrival and drop you off there on your departure.

  • We work with an excellent chef to provide fresh, locally sourced, homemade and delicious food. We plan our meals with our activities in mind, so you are always well-fuelled. Portions are generous, so you are unlikely to be hungry between meals.

  • We cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Just let us know on your booking form.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer day guest options on this trip.
