Am I joining a retreat or a training camp? And why should I join?
We are running a fitness retreat; meaning that we have focused training time as well as time to retreat, reflect and refresh our soul! We place a heavy emphasis on both training and relaxing. We want you to join us if

I have not done CrossFit before and it sounds intimidating. Is this for me?
We work on all-round fitness and skills that will carry over into the rest of your life. If any of the below sounds like you, we believe you will love our retreats!
-You are fit enough for your daily life, but you want to change up your training.
-You follow a strength-training programme in a gym, on your own, with a personal trainer, or in a group.
-You do high-intensity functional fitness classes at a class-only gym.
-You train in a dark city gym and miss the wild.
I am looking at your prices. Are there any hidden costs?
The price includes everything you will need on holiday: beautiful accommodation, three meals and snacks each day, three training sessions each day, all our trips and transport during the holiday including a watersports taster session.
Prices exclude flights, any additional alcohol (we have one drink with dinner) and any other watersports sessions. Please see below for recommended flight details.

What is the age range on your holidays?
Everyone over 18 years of age is welcome.
Can I come on my own?
Definitely; we plan these holidays specifically for our guests to feel welcome and included from start to finish. Get ready to make new friends! When it comes to our training, we keep our groups small so you will get a lot of attention. You also have the option of 1:1 coaching during free time.
I would like to invite a friend. Do I get a discount?
Will I share accommodation with someone?
You can reserve your own room or share with one other person; there is a slight surcharge for single occupancy rooms.
Do I need to stick to the training schedule every day?
We like to think that we have planned each day in such a way that you will never feel too depleted. However, all our sessions are optional, so feel free to dip in and out as you like.
What is the food like? Will I be put on a diet?
We have picked a handful of restaurants for their service and food: fresh, locally sourced and delicious. We plan our meals with our workouts in mind, so you are always really well fuelled. Portions are generous, so you are unlikely to be hungry between meals, but if so we’ve got you covered with the most nutritious snacks.
We cater for all allergies and dietary requirements. Just let us know on your booking form.
I have very specific dietary requirements. Will I be catered for?
Do you guys drink? I haven’t seen any drinks in these photos.
It wouldn’t be a holiday without a cheeky drink at dinner! After your first drink, additional drinks will be charged as extras. (To keep you from training with a hangover the next day!)
Dogs are not allowed in some of the places we visit, however, please get in touch so we can discuss options.
