ADVENTURE WITH US IN THE SNOW

Working hard, under constant pressure, juggling too many responsibilities while running on very little sleep? Too busy to plan a meaningful break so you just keep postponing it? Looking for an active adventure?

We created this seven-day adventure for you; to give you the space to step out of the day-to-day, regain perspective, connect with folks who understand you, and return feeling like the best version of yourself.

You can expect to be active on the mountain, learn new skills, relax and reflect, laugh and connect.

Our itinerary balances structure with freedom: some pre-planned guided adventures plus the freedom to choose options to suit you; whether that’s more time for ski technique, epic off-piste runs, or a walk to clear your mind.

Expect to return more confident, with a clear mind and a fresh perspective.

We’re waiting for you!

Who You’ll Meet

Our Chamonix Winter Adventure attracts curious, active, adventurous travellers, lovers of mountains and trails, and those who simply need to get away from routine.

Most guests arrive feeling mentally busy, stretched, overworked, in “doing mode”, needing fresh air and movement.

They are looking to move consistently - but not with intensity - enjoy breathtaking views and spend time together in a small group.

Our guests are typically over 30 years old and there is no upper age limit.

A moderate level of fitness is required as most hikes take several hours and include long uphill parts. We take regular breaks and stop to enjoy the views.

CHAMONIX MONT-BLANC: Our Year-Round Adventure Playground

The winter sibling to our Chamonix summer adventure, this is for those who want to try new things while truly recovering from daily life.

This is more than a typical ski holiday. We guide you off the beaten path into deep nature to gain skills and challenge yourself on the slopes, while resetting your nervous system. You’ll connect with like-minded souls and find headspace and renewed energy for what comes next.

We chose Chamonix for its endless opportunities to learn by moving in nature

Set in a private Alpine chalet a short walk from the town centre, our Winter Adventure pairs days on the mountain to use as you wish — ski lessons, guided off-piste or ski touring — with glacier encounters - walking or climbing - and restorative yoga, nourishing food and the kind of fireside connection that makes winter the best season of all.

Expect to find inspiration, challenge, and hospitality, and to spend a week amongst adventurers from around the world.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We know you love to stay active, but we don’t expect you to have already tried everything we have planned. We work with expert local guides to keep you in safe hands while challenging yourself and feeling a sense of achievement every day. Prepare to surprise yourself on the mountain!

Ski Instruction or Guided Off-piste skiing

Whether you’ve been skiing for years or never put on a ski boot before, we have a guide for your level, so that you are never left alone on the mountain. You will choose one of the below:

  • Ski instructor - if you’re a beginner or improver skier

  • High mountain guide - if you’re keen to ski off piste - or perhaps also go ski touring.

Daily Stretching

An ideal complementary activity to the intensity of skiing, yin is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. It will help us recover from the day by reducing muscle soreness, improving circulation and promoting better sleep.

Glacier Walk

A walk on the glacier with our expert local mountain guide who will share his knowledge on the move. You don’t need any prior experience, and we will hire all necessary equipment for you. Expect to get a completely new perspective on glaciers, learn how they move, the history they hold and what we can do to protect them. Expect also to be mesmerised by these incredible ice formations!

Ice climbing introduction

An incredible opportunity to put your adventurous spirit to use on the glacier. We cater to all levels of experience and we will hire all essential equipment; so all you need is to follow guidance! This will be a half-day experience with our own guide.  Expect to add to your skills, gain confidence, and make memories to last a lifetime!

Aiguille du Midi +3842m

As part of our itinerary we wil take the cable car to the Aiguille du Midi, the famous and awe-inspiring cable car station build at +3842m, offering views of the Mont Blanc and an almost birds-eye view of the Chamonix valley. As well as witnessing the outstanding beauty of the Vallee Blanche, you can also immerse yourself in the history of mountaineering and test your lung capacity!

Where You’ll Stay

We hire a large chalet exclusively for our group, to create a safe space for sharing, laughing and making memories. Our chalet is your place to rest and reflect, and immerse yourself in nature.

13-19 January 2027

Our chalet home is a large Alpine chalet in traditional decor located a short walk from the Flegère station, in the serene area of Les Bois, a 10-15 minute walk from the village of Les Praz.

Our shared lounge and large terrace look out to stunning mountain views. An outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, and cosy rooms spread over 3 floors guarantee a blend of social time and private time to suit your preference.

10-16 March 2027

Our beautifully refurbished Alpine chalet home is surrounded by breathtaking peaks and offers peace and quiet at walking distance from the centre.

A private garden, peaceful terrace, outdoor hot tub and beautiful indoor living and dining area with open fire guarantee social time. Comfortable bedrooms arranged over 3 floors guarantee private time and headspace.

In both chalets you’ll find

  • Thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with private or shared bathrooms. You can book one solo or to share it with a friend or partner. (Unless you select a shared room, we will not book you into one.)

  • Spacious indoor shared areas: We’ll unwind by the fireplace in the indoor lounge, gather in the dining area for breakfast, relax in the separate entertainment room if you wish.

  • A garden with an outdoor pool and hot tub for relaxing overlooking the mountains after a day of movement, and a terrace for alfresco meals.

Exclusive Hire

The entire chalet is reserved just for our group, ensuring privacy and a personalised experience.

Unplugging

Although there is good WiFi throughout the chalet, we encourage you to go offline for the duration of the retreat.

Meals & Nutrition

We will fuel our adventures with hearty, delicious meals that celebrate the best of Haute Savoie cuisine. Mealtimes are for us to get together to refuel, connect and taste local flavours of the French Alps.

We work closely with nutritionist Sinead Roberts to plan your retreat nutrition and you will receive a nutrition guide upon booking with guidelines for meal structure and selection.

Breakfast

We have planned a mix of buffet style breakfasts in the comfort of our chalet and heading out to our favourite local cafés.

Dinner

Evenings are all about relaxing and sharing stories from the day while eating delicious local food at our favourite Chamonix eateries.

Dietary Requirements

We cater to all allergies and dietary requirements. Once we have confirmed your booking, we send out a detailed booking form where you can let us know.

Meal Costs

Breakfast and dinner are included in your Chamonix package. Alcohol is not included; we ask guests to cover this separately at restaurants. We kindly ask guests not to bring alcohol back to the accommodation with them.

She’s in her element on the mountain as well as at sea, and can’t wait to host and adventure with you!

Responsible Travel

Travel gives us the privilege of exploring beautiful places, connecting with local communities, and spending meaningful time in nature. It also comes with responsibility.

As a B Corp, we design our retreats to minimise unnecessary impact while maximising positive contribution. By reducing waste, supporting local businesses, and making considered choices together, we can help protect the places we visit and ensure they continue to thrive.

During our time together in Chamonix, we will:

  • Travel using group transfers

  • Actively reduce single-use plastic

  • Ask guests to be mindful of energy and water use

  • Leave no rubbish behind in nature

Travelling to Geneva:

Depending on how much time you have, we will help you book one of these options to Geneva:

  • Take the train: By far the most sustainable option, which cuts your carbon emissions to 1/10th those of flying or driving. You will travel through beautiful scenery, and you can arrive straight in the centre of town or Geneva airport.

  • Fly:  Air travel is worth making the most of. If you'd like to arrive early or leave late and make a longer journey out of it, we can also provide guidance on what to do in the area.
