We’re on a mission to make burnout a thing of the past by creating life-changing retreats around Europe. We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-minded leader to own our entire growth funnel, CRM, automations, and tech stack, to help us scale effectively.
If you thrive on data-driven experiments, love building great customer journeys, and you’re looking for a small team working collaboratively, this is for you. You’ll work remotely (~20 hrs/week), shape our growth engine, and help us sell with integrity.

We are always looking for talented coaches and leaders looking to offer a retreat to their community, without having to do logistical heavy lifting.

COMMUNITIES & members clubs
If you are looking to bring together your client community, we can work with you to plan a retreat where we take care of all the planning and delivery, leaving you to step in and enjoy time with your members.
We draw out a brief from your requirements, and take care of the retreat planning and running, from inception through to completion, so you can simply step in and enjoy it.
