Hi! I’m Steph, a passionate coach, lifelong mover, and multi-sport athlete who believes movement is the key to unlocking strength, confidence, and joy in life.
I’ve been involved with skiing, tennis, hockey and cricket, as well as anything in or on the water! I bring a wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for how sports and activity build resilience, character, and connection.
My coaching style blends technical expertise with curiosity, care, and creativity to help you train effectively and truly feel your movement. Whether you’re chasing athletic goals, rebuilding after injury, or looking to move with more freedom, my sessions are designed to be empowering, energising, and personal.
With me in your corner, you’ll discover how good movement can really feel, and carry that confidence into every adventure life offers.

Returning to Japan — my birthplace and childhood home — after achieving my BASI Level 3 ski instructor qualification the previous season. It was a full-circle experience, returning to the mountains where I first learned to ski at age three. I had the opportunity to coach incredible people, ski purely for the joy of it, and explore the breathtaking landscapes and warm local culture that make Japan so special. I even found and joined a local CrossFit group for some “off-piste” fitness — a reminder that wherever you go, there’s always a community to connect with through movement.

Find me anywhere with the sea breeze, mountain views, and sunshine on my skin feels like the perfect training space to me. I love being surrounded by nature— it fuels creativity, calm, and energy all at once. That combination of warmth, space, and perspective makes me feel alive and inspired, and it’s where I believe you can truly connect to your movement and potential.

Anything that makes you smile and move! I love upbeat, feel-good tunes with rhythm and sunshine—pop, house, and fun beats that lift the energy, bring joy, and keep you flowing through a session. Those tracks that make you want to dance between sets and move with a little extra spark. “Symphony” by Zara Larsson and “Golden” by Harry Styles are definitely on there. If it feels good, it moves good!
