MEET SARAH MOLLOY
CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Level 3 Personal Trainer, GGS Certified Menopause Coach
Hi! I’m Sarah, a London-based Strength & Health Coach and owner of Crossroads Fitness, an in-person and online coaching business. I also work as a CrossFit Coach in South West London and have been doing so for over 6 years.
As a functional fitness and weightlifting coach, my approach is to teach people how to move safely & well and to feel empowered by what their bodies are capable of.
My other passion is working as a workshop facilitator on the topics of training for women’s health, hormones and strength. I enjoy bringing groups of people together to share our knowledge and stories.
I love to make my classes enjoyable and fun. I want people to fall in love with moving their bodies and bond with others, because this can be life-changing.
I am so excited to be a part of the More Life Adventures Coaching team. It will be the perfect opportunity to help people grow in knowledge, confidence and fitness whilst experiencing amazing adventures together!
