Recharge and Reconnect,
In the Heart of the Alps
Our Chamonix Winter Adventure is a 7-day Alpine reset built around guided mountain experiences, ski progression, recovery, good food and effortless connection.
You’ll stay in a private chalet in Chamonix, with days shaped by skiing or guided off-piste options, glacier experiences, Aiguille du Midi views, slow yoga, nourishing meals and fireside time with the group.
This is not a standard ski holiday. It is our winter formula: enough challenge to feel proud, enough guidance to feel safe, enough recovery to switch off, and enough structure that you do not have to plan the hard parts.
You arrive mentally busy. You leave clearer, more confident and full of mountain stories.
ITINERARY
Where You’ll Stay
We’ll stay in a private Alpine chalet in Chamonix, close to the mountains and designed for both adventure and recovery.
Expect shared spaces for fireside evenings, long breakfasts and group dinners, plus enough quiet corners to rest, read, journal or switch off after big days outside.
Depending on the date, the chalet setup may vary, but the role is the same: mountain views, cosy shared spaces, comfortable bedrooms, hot tub or sauna-style recovery, and an easy base for the week’s winter adventures.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
High mountain activities are inherently risky and we pair you with a guide or instructor for that reason.
When you book a More Life Adventures experience you sign up to receive professional guidance, be coached, and take part in activities with maximum safety. If you would prefer to explore the mountain on your own, this adventure is not for you.
The advantage of having a local instructor or guide is twofold;
They guide us through the safest routes.
They tailor our itinerary according to ever-changing weather conditions, so you can guarantee to make the best use of your time.
-
Chamonix is primarily a mountaineering town, not a ski resort. The focus is on mastering mountain skills to create your own adventure, rather than taking the lifts up and skiing down perfectly groomed pistes all day.
That said, the mountains require a sensible approach, and the sense to explore places appropriate to your ability.
For skiing, you have at your disposal: 110 km of slopes, 17 green slopes, 30 blue slopes, 27 red slopes, 14 black slopes.
Ski areas and sites are not linked, except for Brévent and Flégère. For other areas we can take the ski bus which runs very frequently up and down the valley.
The Chamonix Le Pass allows you to discover all pisted runs, while the Mont Blanc Unlimited extends to off-piste areas. (including Italy, Megève, and limited access to Verbier 4 Vallées and Crans Montana).
-
To date, we have had guests from their 30s to their 60s. We have no upper age limit.
-
If you’re happy being outdoors for a few hours a day and you can move at high intensity for an hour, you’ll make the most of the experience. We adapt our pace to suit each and no one is ever left behind.
Everything is optional and if you feel like opting out to have a nap, or read a book in our chalet, that’s always a great recovery option.
-
All activities are optional and you can opt in or out as you like. If you’d like to opt out of some of the activities, our accommodation is an ideal place to spend some time relaxing in the hot tub or reading a book in our lounge enjoying the beautiful view.
-
Absolutely not. Most of our guests join solo and leave with a circle of new friends. We design the experience to make new connections effortless.
If you prefer to have a familiar face to share the experience with, we also encourage you to invite a friend or family member you haven’t caught up with recently, which reduces the per-person cost and helps build meaningful memories between you.
-
Sharing a room with a friend, partner, or family member can be a lovely way to experience the retreat together. Shared rooms are also priced at a lower rate than single occupancy.
If you’re travelling solo, rest assured you won’t be asked to share a room unless you choose to.
-
We have airport transfers arranged to pick you up from the airport on arrival and drop you off there on your departure.
We will advise you on which flights or trains to book so that we all arrive at a similar time.
To encourage train travel, we offer a gift to anyone who arrives in Geneva by train!
-
If you’d like to make independent travel arrangements, just let us know in advance. Please note that the chalet is available to you only from the group arrival time.
-
We’ve carefully selected our favourite local restaurants to give you the best mix of local flavours and we work with a performance nutritionist to plan meals with our activities in mind.
Portions are generous, so you’ll never go hungry and we cater to all dietary requirements—just let us know when you’re booking.
-
We enjoy a drink with dinner or post-activity, but other than that we keep alcohol to a minimum
We do not include alcoholic drinks in your package and we ask you to cover your drinks individually.
Drinks are always had at restaurants and we kindly ask you not to bring alcohol back to the accommodation.
