MLA LOYALTY PROGRAMME
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The MLA Adventurer Loyalty Programme (Programme) and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of More Life Adventures (MLA) to its customers (Members). MLA operates a specialised website (www.morelifeadventures.com) offering activity and adventure travel services.
This page sets out the terms of membership of the Program.
ELIGIBILITY
Membership in the Program is available to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and provides valid and accurate personal information when purchasing. Once enrolled as part of the Programme, you are entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials.
The Program is intended for individual use only.
MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
Customers who reach the required purchase threshold of £1,000 over any period will be automatically enrolled in the MLA Loyalty Programme.
Eligible customers will receive an email notification confirming their new membership status within 7 business days of meeting the purchase requirement.
If you do not wish to participate in the Programme, you may opt out by contacting our team at hello@morelifeadventures.com. .
Any codes issued will not expire.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Please note that the codes cannot be used for: purchases for our Adventure Club events or; the Experience Gift Card.
Earned discounts cannot be used towards previous purchases.

REDEMPTION CONDITIONS
You can only use one code at any one time when making a purchase, and it cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes or be applied to discounted items. The voucher will apply to the total product price, including add-ons.
Each voucher may be redeemed against any MLA holiday.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
ABOUT THE MLA LOYALTY PROGRAMME
We offer increasing benefits across three loyalty tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Bronze: A cumulative spend of £1,000 gives you a 5% discount.
Silver: £2,000, receive a 10% discount.
Gold: £3,000, benefit from a 15% discount.
Additional perks include exclusive social events, priority invites to events and competition teams.
Your membership tier is based on your level of accrued spend with MLA. If your accrued spend reaches the next tier, your loyalty level will be moved up to the next tier and you will be given a new code.
HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE
Once you are a member you can make a booking as usual on www.morelifeadventures.com and book any residential experience with your personal discount code.
Just make sure that you log into your account before making any bookings so that we know it’s you, and provide accurate contact information. You will have access to these benefits on every holiday on which you book.
FAIR USE
We trust that you will keep your discount code private and refrain from sharing it with others. This trust is essential for maintaining the integrity of our loyalty program. If we find that codes are being shared, we may have to reconsider the continuation of this program to ensure fairness for all our valued customers. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Programme in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Programme Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.

LIMITED LIABILITY
Please note that our Rewards Programme currently relies on some manual updating of customer data. If your tier has not been automatically updated, it will do so within a few days.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no responsibility or liability is assumed by MLA for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Programme and/or Site.
MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATION, AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION
MLA reserves the right to change, modify, and/or eliminate the Programme, its benefits, Offers and/or all or any portion of these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Programme at any time at its sole discretion.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the changes to the Website. You can waive (?) any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, except as required by law.
Your continued participation in or access to the Programme confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
You should review these Terms and Conditions and our policies and FAQs (if any) frequently to understand the terms that apply to the Program.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will safeguard any information you provide under the MLA Adventurer Loyalty Programme in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these terms. You can read our Privacy Policy on our website and we ask you to read it carefully to understand how we will treat your data.
We will use the details you provide, together with information on your MLA / WeTravel accounts to tell us about what you buy; help make the Programme better for you; and contact you with offers and information about products and services that may be of interest to you. We will also use the details you provide to inform our targeting in other channels (including digital channels).
We may also use and share your information relating to groups of customers without identifying individuals to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our services to you.
