We use our gym, the mountain and the beach to bring you a unique blend of disciplines. All sessions are optional.

Strength & Conditioning

Morning and afternoon training at our own gym. We will push, pull, lift, run and row at a number of intensities. We will train doing short and long workouts, making use of our gym and the mountain.

Skills

Olympic weightlifting coaching for all levels.

Yoga & Meditation

Daily morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions.

Swimming technique

Open water swimming coaching. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable enough swimming longer distances than before. Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or a novice, we guarantee there is something we can help you improve.

Water Sports

One water sports session of your choice (waterski/ wakeboard/ jet ski) as part of your package. You can book more sessions at an additional cost.

Open Gym & 1:1 Coaching

Outside of our sessions, you are free to make use of the gym and equipment as much as you like. During these times you can practise drills from our team sessions and ask us for 1:1 coaching advice.
